about the founder

Sean Kavanagh was born and raised in Ireland. He graduated from college with an Honors degree in Civil Engineering. Sean soon emigrated to New York City where he worked in Air Conditioning briefly before going into Construction Management full time. With many years of experience in the NYC construction industry, he decided to open Emerald Isle and the rest, as they say, is history.
